Case Study Details: Heritage Automotive had an existing dated wireless system across their sites, so approached Data Path to coordinate a refresh. After working with the manufacturer on design and layout, a centralized Ruckus solution was implemented across all seven sites, with R510 access points throughout internal areas and T310 IP rated access points for external and workshop areas.
A robust SmartZone controller was deployed at one site, along with the associated licencing and support, which controlled the access points at all seven sites. The setup involved creating multiple SSID’s along with a guest network with in-built brand endorsement.
Data Path engineers installed Excel Cat6 network cabling to support the wireless solution.
